**Hourly charters provide a courtesy buffer window of 15 minutes after ending time. If booking extends past the 15 minute window, you will be charged in 15 minute increments at a rate of 40$. If you believe you will go over, please book an extra hour, and you will be refunded promptly for any time not used. An email will be sent to you regarding your refund or overage.**

Hourly pricing is based on the length of time reserved, service area, and demand. Rates are shown clearly during booking before checkout.

Is this a tour?

No. Hourly charters are not guided tours. While drivers may share local insight or recommendations, this service is designed for flexible transportation and exploration — not a structured tour experience.

Can we stop at bars, restaurants, or landmarks?

Yes. Hourly service allows for unlimited stops within your reserved time. You choose where to go and how long to stay.

Can we start and end in different locations?

Yes. Hourly charters are flexible and do not require a fixed route or endpoint.

How many people fit in one pedicab?

Passenger capacity is six adults. Group size options and multiple pedicabs can be selected during booking.

Is this service available during special events?

Yes — however, special event pricing may apply during major events due to traffic restrictions and demand. Event pricing will be clearly reflected during booking.

What if we need more time?

If availability allows, additional time may be added during your ride. Otherwise, we recommend booking extra time upfront to avoid interruptions.

Is gratuity included?

Gratuity is not included and is always appreciated for excellent service.

What happens if we run late?

Your booking time begins at the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may reduce ride time depending on availability.
